Call Me Crazy!!

Call me crazy, but the latest vegan food pyramid is looking mighty redundant this go around.

Isn’t that got us into trouble in the first place???  With breads, fruits and vegetables, being the lower 2/3 of the pyramid, it makes me think, “Wasnt’ this what they were trying not to do?”

So why do Vegans think they can cure the world of obesity when they are perpetuating it?  Just saying!

I am no doctor or guru, but I am a food expert and this has not worked yet, nor will it ever. Doesn’t anyone watch Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern ro Anthony Bourdain on the Travel Network.  These guys don’t even know that they are the modern day Weston A.  Price and they are actually teaching people anthropology and food customs, though some stuff I would never eat, such as rocky mountain oysters (bull testes) or a half dead baby duck fried in batter (I think Cambodia along with fried tarantulas)…..now I am not saying these foods items have to be on our “pyramid” but why do we look to a pyramid at all.  These folks never did, and the were never fat!!!

These customs include, indigenous foods, fats, animal products and the like.  Along with raw milk, and other dairy products, I have yet to see much grain in these food discoveries either….hmmmm…..again, why are we looking to a pyramid?

Isn’t the definition of insanity doing something over and over again hoping for a different result?  Well there you have it folks we are in the mist of an episode of insanity in America….when is the next flight out to Cambodia??????
