Swiss Ball Total Body Workout

If you don’t always have time to get to the gym, or you get to the gym and don’t know what to do, then try this out.

SWISS BALL WORKOUT

This swiss ball workout will target your entire body. Feel free to add weights to some of the exercise, or slow the tempo down to make it more challenging. If you are a beginner I recommend 2 sets of 12-15 repetitions at each exercise. Take about 45 seconds recovery in between exercises if you need it.
